Ellowyn Alma Ray Troutt, was stillborn, April 25, 2024, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was the daughter of Billy Ray and Melissa Ann Hammer Troutt of Edmonton, KY.
There will be no services held at the McMurtrey Funeral Home in Summer Shade, is assisting the family with their service
