Mrs. Norma Lou Wimbrow Zebert, age 61 of Franklin passed away Monday April 15, 2024 at her residence. While born in Salisbury, Maryland she was a native of Chincoteague Island, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Norman Lee Wimbrow and Sarah Lou Holloway Wimbrow of Franklin, Kentucky. Mrs. Norma worked as a CNA. She loved baking and spending time with children.
Along with her father, she is also preceded in death by her children, William Langston Zebert and Sarie Caitlin Zebert.
Other survivors include: Husband of 35 years – William Eric Zebert, Children- Sadie Ellen Zebert (Seth), Jennifer Bower (Randy), and Kevin Zebert (Christin), Brother- Norman Pugsley, Sister- Kathy Duvall (the-late Ron), Aunt- Sue Ellen Romines (the-late Craig), 3 Grandchildren- Caiden Crouch, Cali Crouch and Brynlee Hutchins and 2 Nieces- Amanda Duvall and Ashley Duvall Tackett (Brian).
