Janet, born on September 14, 1958, exemplified compassion throughout her life. As a dedicated nurse at Rosewood in Bowling Green, Kentucky, she selflessly cared for others, embodying the essence of service.

Janet’s nurturing nature often led her to prioritize others over herself, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to serving those in need. In her down-time, she found solace in reading, solving crossword puzzles, and indulging in her passion for baking and cooking, with her signature chicken dishes being cherished by all who tasted them.

Janet’s faith in her Lord and Savior was unwavering, and she expressed her devotion through her love for gospel music.

However, above all, her daughter held the most sacred place in her heart, a love that will endure eternally. Janet’s legacy of compassion, selflessness, and devotion will be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brother James Holland and her sister Dorothy Ann Davis .

Those left to cherish Janet’s memory include her daughter Drucilla “Annie” Barnett.

A graveside service for Janet will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Fairview Cemetery in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
