THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 8, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), 2 GRAMS OR MORE, 2ND OFFENSE when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed two grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to sell, distribute, or transfer it, having a prior conviction for that offense.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 8, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of DRUG PARAPHERNALIA–BUY/POSSESS when she unlawfully used, or possessed with Intent to use, drug paraphernalia for the purpose of preparing, packaging, concealing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance In violation of KRS Chapter 218A.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 18, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE when, under circumstances manifesting extreme Indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engaged In a conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to c.c., a juvenile.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 18, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE (POLICE OFFICER) when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engaged In conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Det. Quentin Phillips.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 18, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL 0.08 OR MORE, 2ND OFFENSE when he operated or was in physical control of a motor vehicle having an alcohol concentration of0.08 or more as measured by a scientifically reliable test or tests of a sample of his breath or blood (BA 0.225) taken within two hours of cessation of operation or physical control of a motor vehicle, having a prior conviction for that offense.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 18, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT/FAILURE TO RENDER AID OR ASSISTANCE when he operated a vehicle which was involved in an accident resulting In injury to other persons and other property which was driven or attended by any person, and he failed to immediately stop and ascertain the extent of the Injury or damage and render reasonable assistance.

COUNT 6

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 18, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 2ND DEGREE when, having no right to do so or any reasonable ground to believe that he had such right, he intentionally or wantonly destroyed or damaged a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu belonging to Renee Rivera causing a pecuniary loss of $500 or more but less than $1,000.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 10, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of DRUG PARAPHERNALIA–BUY/POSSESS when he unlawfully used, or possessed with intent to use, drug paraphernalia for the purpose of preparing, packaging, concealing, injecting, Ingesting, Inhaling, or otherwise Introducing into the human body a controlled substance in violation of KRS Chapter 218A.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 10, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE OR COMBINATION OF SUBSTANCES, 2ND OFFENSE when he operated or was In physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance or combination of substances which impaired his driving ability, having been convicted of that offense at least one time previously.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 10, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of OPERATING ON A SUSPENDEDIREVOKED OPERATOR’S LICENSE when he operated any motor vehicle upon the public highways knowing his operator’s license to have been previously suspended or revoked.
