THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about March 31, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION, $1,000 OR MORE BUT UNDER $10,000 when he unlawfully took or exercised control over the movable property of another, a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox belonging to Terry Woods valued at $1,000 or more but under $10,000, with the Intent to deprive her thereof.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about March 29, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, $1,000 OR MORE BUT LESS THAN $10,000 when he received, retained, or disposed of the movable property of another, a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe belonging to Rachel Rivera valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, knowing that It had been stolen or having reason to believe that it had been stolen.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about March 31, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL CONTENTS FROM VEHICLE, UNDER $500 when he unlawfully took or exercised control over the movable property of another belonging to Terry Woods valued at under $500, with the Intent to deprive her thereof.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about March 31, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 3RD DEGREE when, having no right to do so or any reasonable grounds to believe he had such right to do so, he intentionally or wantonly defaced, destroyed, or damaged any property causing a pecuniary loss of less than $500.
