THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of THEFT OF IDENTITY OF ANOTHER WITHOUT CONSENT when she knowingly possessed or used any current or former Identifying Information of Sandra Dillard, and with the intent to represent that she is the other person for purpose of avoiding detection.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of DRUG PARAPHERNALIA– BUYIPOSSESS when he/she unlawfully used, or possessed with intent to use, drug paraphernalia for the purpose of preparing, packaging, concealing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance In violation of KRS Chapter 218A.
COUNT 6
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE (GABAPENTIN) when he knowingly and unlawfully possessed Gabapentin, a Schedule IV controlled substance.
COUNT 7
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE OR COMBINATION OF SUBSTANCES, 2ND OFFENSE when he operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance or combination of substances which impaired his driving ability, having been convicted of that offense at least one time previously.
COUNT 8
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 In Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LEGEND DRUG when he had in his possession a legend drug and was not authorized to do so as stated in KRS 217.
COUNT 9
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN PROPER CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE when he unlawfully possessed any controlled substance that had been prescribed, sold, or dispensed by a practitioner in a container other than the container in which it was delivered to him by the person selling or dispensing it.
COUNT 10
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of CARELESS DRIVING when he operated any vehicle upon a highway in a careless manner without regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians and other vehicles upon the highway.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about October 14, 2023 in Barren County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of IMPROPER TURNING when he failed to make an appropriate turn at an intersection.
