Rebecca Moon, 68, of Brownsville passed away Friday November 10, 2023 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a 1973 graduate of Caneyville High School. She was a daughter of the late Roscoe Geary and Lois Forbes Geary. She was proceeded in death by three sisters, Laura Brauner, Mary Ellen Webster, an infant girl; and two brothers, Richard Clark and Steven Geary.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in South Union Cemetery. Visitation will take place 11:00- 1:00 PM Wednesday.
Also surviving are her husband, Garry Moon; two daughters, Jenny Ann Renfrow (Daniel) and Christine Moon both of Sunfish; a son, Joseph Moon of Sunfish; three sisters, Helen Howell of Corydon, IN, Joyce Young of Caneyville, and Angie Dennis (Johnny) of Huff; three brothers John Geary of Clarkson, R.C. Geary of Shrewsbury, and C.L. Geary of Big Clifty; and many nieces and nephews.
