Mrs. Betty Louise (Asbury) (Ennis) Tucker, age 91, of the Center Community of Metcalfe County, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky with her family by her side. She was born on Saturday, July 09, 1932, the daughter of Roy S. and Chattie (Judd) Asbury. Mrs. Tucker was a Christian lady, attended the House of Prayer Church, was a nurse for many years, was part owner of Williams and Tucker Auto Parts, and was a “Memaw” to most everyone that knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, A.V. Ennis, second husband, Weldon Tucker, siblings, Bill Asbury, Mary Jo South, Cynthia Linder, Lola Crenshaw, grand daughter, Kim Jolly, and great-grand daughter, Allie Tucker.

She is survived by her children, Kay (& Joe) Jolly, Ronnie (& Becky) Tucker, Teresa (& Howard) Garrett, grandchildren, Wes Jolly, Chris (& Angie) Tucker, Richie (& Nikki) Jolly, Jason (& Jessica) Tucker, Daniel (& Laurel) Garrett, Matthew (& Erin) Garrett, Ellie (& Tyler) Johnson, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, along with many other family members and several friends.

The funeral service for Mrs. Betty Louise (Asbury) (Ennis) Tucker will be conducted on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Butler Funeral Home with Bro. Phil Lowry officiating. Burial will follow in the Asbury-Center Cemetery in Center, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Asbury-Center Cemetery Fund and may be left at the funeral home.
