Pamela Brooks, age 72 of Mammoth Cave, departed this life on Monday, May 29, 2023 at her residence. The Edmonson County native was born on December 5, 1950 to the late Walter and Ruth Reed. She was married to Clyde Brooks, who preceded her in death.
Pam worked hard as a housewife and took care of the needs of her family. She was a member of New Home General Baptist Church.
She leaves to honor her memory— three sons, Randy Brooks (Mandy) of Mammoth Cave, Charlie Brooks (Margaret) and Jerry Brooks (Robin) all of Cub Run; eleven grandchildren, Shauna, Cody, Taylor, Lane, Devin, Ruth, Gaige, Bryer, Slade, Austin and Gavin; four great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jodi Sue, Nova Leigh, and Joseph, and a sister, Judy Elmore (Wayne) of Ft. Myers, FL. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Martha Ann Webb.
