Barren grand jury returns indictments during May session

GLASGOW — Several indictments were returned by a Barren County grand jury last month. An indictment is an accusation only. Innocence or guilt may only be proven in a court of law.

Christopher A. O’Brien, 42, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000) and first degree persistent felony offender.

Danielle R. Coats, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000) and first degree persistent felony offender.

Nathan L. Abney, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree unlawful imprisonment, first degree wanton endangerment, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license and first degree persistent felony offender.

Timothy C. Nunn, 60, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, two grams or more), trafficking in marijuana (8 ounces or more but less than five pounds) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Timothy C. Spivey, 49, of Franklin, was indicted on charges relating to receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first degree persistent felony offender.

Danny Graham, 67, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (oxycodone), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, third degree trafficking in a controlled substance (gabapentin), third degree trafficking in a controlled substance (alprazolam) and trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces).

Joe P. Dean III, 33, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and any other substance (third offense, aggravator), possession of marijuana, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and speeding 26 mph or more over the limit.

James D. Shaw, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), public intoxication and prescription of a controlled substance not in proper container.

Patrick A. Boyd, 52, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Shantelle W. Ochoa, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense), first degree promoting contraband, license to be in possession and failure to produce insurance card.

Cyndal N. Smith, 32, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), tampering with physical evidence, third degree trafficking in a controlled substance (gabapentin), possession of synthetic drugs (first offense) and possession of marijuana.

Phillip S. Pierce, 48, of Tompkinsville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Barry M. Guffey, 58, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (hydrocodone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydromorphone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), second degree unlawful transaction with a minor, third degree possession of a controlled substance (diazepam), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

John R. Dodson, 43, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (hydrocodone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydromorphone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), third degree possession of a controlled substance (diazepam) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Damion V. Temple, 20, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000 or more but under $10,000).

Nichols M. Malley, 26, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000 or more but under $10,000) and second degree persistent felony offender.

Malia G. Zamora, 19, of Bowling Green, was indicted on charges relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000 or more but under $10,000).

Jimmy W. Webb, 55, of Burkesville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third degree possession of a controlled substance (Xanax), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and careless driving.

Carrie S. Davis, 40, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and public intoxication.

Amy M. Cropper, 41, of Gamaliel, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

Michelle D. Murphy, 47, of Bimble, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Clinton T. Mahaney, 35, of Bonnieville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, speeding 20 mph over the limit, reckless driving and first degree persistent felony offender.

Henry G. Hutchinson, 33, of Louisville, was indicted on charges relating to third degree burglary, first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking or disposition (under $500), third degree criminal mischief and first degree persistent felony offender.

Yorlan R. Gonzalez, 26, of Tompkinsville, was indicted on charges relating to second degree assault.

Jerianna N. Cline, 38, of Cave City, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a synthetic drugs, first degree promoting contraband, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, third degree possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance prescription not in a proper container (second or more offense), careless driving and inadequate silencer (muffler).

Kimberly D. Pryor, 37, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

James T. Minor, 50, of Louisville, was indicted on charges relating to first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, selling/ receiving vehicle with removed or altered VIN numbers, possession of a controlled substance (third degree, gabapentin), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and first degree persistent felony offender.

Tyler P. Houchens, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges relating to first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), failure to give right of way to emergency vehicle, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license and second degree persistent felony offender.
