Bradford A. “Brad” Cook age 71 of Munfordville passed away Friday, May 20th at the Medical Center at Caverna. He was born at home in Munfordville to the late W.T. “Cookie” & Louise Puckett Cook.
Brad was a farmer and a former fire chief with the Munfordville Volunteer Fire Department.
Brad is survived by his wife Faye; his son Patrick Cook & wife Crissy; his daughter Heather Williamson & hus. Joey; one brother Tommy Cook & wife Marsha; five grandchildren Kasey Cook(Shea), Hayli Case(Matthew), Meagan Cook(Connor Certain), Addy Williamson and Mia Williamson; great-grandchildren & nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Bradford A. “Brad” Cook will be 1pm Monday, May 23rd in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Mt. Beulah Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8pm and will continue after 8am Monday at the Sego Funeral Home. The family request that memorial donations be given to Sego Funeral Home to assist with the expenses.
