Carolyn Puckett age 74 passed away Tuesday night at her home in Munfordville. She was the daughter of the late Leonard & Edna Puckett Self. Carolyn was a member of the Rowletts Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Gary Puckett; a daughter Stephanie Peters, a brother Terry Self, three grandchildren Amanda Turner, Jacob Ramsey & Johnphillip Ramsey; one great granddaughter Stella Marie Turner
Funeral services for Carolyn Puckett will be 2pm Thursday, May 19th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Devine officiating. Burial will be in the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10am-2pm Thursday at Sego Funeral Home.
