Arene (Gentry) Trivett, 83, of Mount Hermon, KY passed away Wednesday, January 26th, peacefully, at Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.
Arene was born in Monroe County, KY on December 19, 1938, daughter of the late Nola Alice (Combs) and Georgie Gentry. She married J.T. Trivett September 4, 1954, he preceded her in death June 26, 2017. She was a homemaker.
Arene is survived by three daughters, Eula Renay Trivett, of Mount Hermon, KY;
Lisa, wife of Jimmy Greever, of Glasgow, KY; Audrey, wife of Randy Kurtz, of Glasgow, KY; three sons Gary Trivett, of Tompkinsville, KY; Buzz Leon, husband of Loretta Trivett, of Summer Shade, KY; Timmy, husband of Linda Trivett, of Tompkinsville, KY; 23 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild
sister, Olene Williams & brother, Joe C Gentry, both of IN & daughter-in-law, Linda Trivett of Tompkinsville.
Her Parents, husband, J T son, Jackie Trivett, brothers, George, Leo, Kenneth & Carlos, sisters, Emogene Proffitt, Willowdean Kingery, step-sisters, Glenda Ford & Bobbie Finley, daughter-in-law, Brenda Trivett preceded her in death.
Funeral Service will be held 2 PM on Sunday, January 30th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY, Brother Doug Copas will officiate.
Visitation will be held 5 PM to 8 PM on Saturday, January 29th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY & 8 AM to 2 PM on Sunday, January 30th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY.
