Barren County grand jury returns series of indictments

GLASGOW, Ky. — A Barren County grand jury returned a series of indictments from a special session held at Barren County Courthouse on Nov.17. An indictment is an accusation only. Innocence or guilt can only be proven in a court of law.

Emily L. Vickery, 25, of Tompkinsville, was indicted with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000; theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm); and first degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycontin).

Matthew F. Callaghan, 36, of Nashville, Tenn., was indicted with theft or identity of another without consent.

Amanda Lynn Callaghan, 35, of Nashville, Tenn., was indicted with theft or identity of another without consent.

Tiffany Stiltz Lee, 33, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree criminal mischief.

Marketa Faye Vibbert, 25, of Edmonton, was indicted with 3 counts of first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; and theft by unlawful taking or disposition, under $500.

Flavio J. Catalan, 22, of Chicago, Ill., was indicted with trafficking in marijuana, 8 ozs or more but less than 5 lbs; and following another vehicle too closely.

Ricardo B. Ramirez, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted with 2 counts of first degree wanton endangerment; leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; resisting arrest; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.08 or more; no/expired registration plates; and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Jeffery Lyn De’Marco Acres, 21, of Louisville, was indicted with receiving stolen property (firearm), first degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), buying/possessing drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.

Charles Avenel Seube, 55, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and possession of marijuana.

Brandon Wayne Moore, 35, of Glasgow, was indicted with 2 counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia.

Nikki Jo Odom, 33, of Glasgow, was indicted with 2 counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia.

Eric D. Reynolds, 37, of Glasgow, was indicted with receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more; and obscuring the identity of a machine or other property, $10,000 or more.

Vernon Keith White, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot); and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Lee Fancher, 44, of Knob Lick, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); third degree possession of a controlled substance (alprazolam); prescription controlled substance not in proper container; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; and carless driving.

Lisa C. Jackson, 33, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree fleeing or evading police (Motor vehicle); resisting arrest; reckless driving; disregarding a stop sign; and first degree persistent felony offender.

Brandon R. Schlatter, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree strangulation; and fourth degree assault, dating violence, minion injury.

Todd Ray Groves, 44, of Cave City, was indicted with theft of identity of another with our consent; giving officer false identifying information; failure of owner to maintain required insurance; failure to notify address change to department of transportation; license to be in possession; failure to produce insurance card; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; no/expired registration plates.

Timothy James Hunter, 58, of Bowling Green, wad indicted with second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and first degree persistent felony offender.

Manuel Funes, 19, of Cave City, was indicted with receiving stolen property, $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; third degree terroristic treating; third degree criminal trespass; and all terrain vehicles violations.

Taping Nichole Beckham, 24, of Etoile, was indicted with tampering with physical evidence and falsely reporting an incident.

Cody Fayedalto Slaughter, 28, of Scottsville, was indicted with receiving stolen property, $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; first degree fleeing or ending police (motor vehicle); first degree criminal mischief; second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot); buying/possessing drug paraphernalia; second degree possession of a controlled substance (buprenorphine); operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and first degree persistent felony offender.

Jonny D. Lynn, 30, of Tompkinsville, was indicted with first degree wanton endangerment; first degree criminal mischief; fourth degree assault; third degree terroristic threatening.

Joseph A. Wolfe, 44, of Summer Shade, wad indicted with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); public intoxication.

Tiras Lynn Mitchell, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and careless driving.

Danny E. Vaughn, JR., 43, of Glasgow, was indicted with third degree assault; resisting arrest; third degree terroristic threatening; second degree disorderly conduct; and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Bobby Wayne Blair, 47, of Cave City, was indicted with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.08 or more; possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; reckless driving; and improper driving.

Westley Tremayne Graves, 32, of Glasgow, was indicted with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; receiving stolen property, $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine); possession of a defaced firearm; and first degree persistent felony offender.
