Barren County grand jury returns indictments during special session

GLASGOW, Ky. — A Barren County grand jury returned a series of indictments from a special session held at Barren County Courthouse on Oct. 27. An indictment is an accusation only. Innocence or guilt can only be proven in a court of law.

Jesse W. Bell, 39, of Morgantown, was indicted with third degree; second degree criminal mischief; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $1,000; and first degree persistent felony offender.

Michael W. Stanley, 46, of Munfordville, was indicted with third degree burglary; and second degree persistent felony offender.

Shaun C. Bennett, 39, of Hardyville, was indicted with second degree assault.

Angela B. Driver, 59, of Glasgow, was indicted with two counts of fail to report change in order to receive benefits.

Stacey L. Hearld, 31, of Glasgow, was indicted with false statement/misrepresent to receive benefits over $100; and fail to report change in order to receive benefits.

William L. Moore, 36, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree strangulation; and fourth degree assault, domestic violence, no visible injury.

Fredrick F. Reed, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); tampering with physical evidence; first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone); second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot); resisting arrest; possession of marijuana; and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Aaron S. Royer, 23, of Cave City, was indicted with third degree rape and second degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Amber G. McClure, 39, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.008 or more.

Yorlan Gonzalez, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance; buying/possessing, drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.

Bethany L. Devore, 39, of Glasgow, was indicted with three counts of first degree wanton endangerment; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Joshua R. Bradley, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), 2 grams or more; third degree possession of a controlled substance (phentermine); buying/possessing, drug paraphernalia; trafficking in synthetic drugs; failure to notify address change to department of transportation; disregarding a stop sign; and second degree persistent felony offender.

Danny L. McMurtrey, 78, of Glasgow, was indicted with second degree assault.

Alexander G. Drake, 33, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); third degree possession of a controlled substance Xanax); buying/possessing, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; illegal possession of a legend drug; and inadequate silencer (muffler).

Anthony G. Haynes, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted with second degree burglary; second degree assault; violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO; and third degree criminal mischief.

Teddy W. Oden, 53, of Cave City, was indicted with first degree wanton endangerment; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; third degree terroristic threating; operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence; display/possession of cancelled/fictitious operator’s license; reckless driving; and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Andrew Alex Ramirez-Calderon, 24, of Park City, was indicted with five counts of first degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.008 or more.

Kayla D. Perez, 38, of Glasgow, was indicted with first degree stalking; five counts of third degree terroristic threating; violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO; falsely reporting a incident; and second degree persistent felony offender.

Destiny C. Russell, 22, of Scottsville, was indicted with receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more; and first degree criminal mischief.

Danny W. Pippin, 41, of Tompkinsville, was indicted with receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more; and first degree criminal mischief.

Robert F. Clinebell, 50, of Mac Arthur, W.Va, was indicted with receiving stolen property, $1,000 or more but less than $10,000.

Robert D. Craine, 37, of Cave City, was indicted with failure to comply with sex offender registration.

Larry W. Hurley, Jr., 53, of Cave City, was indicted with failure to comply with sex offender registration.

Philip E. Massey, 24, of Glasgow, was indicted with two counts of third degree criminal mischief; third degree escape; first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot); first degree wanton endangerment; two counts of third degree assault (Police/Probation Officer); criminal attempt to disarming a police officer; third degree criminal attempt to escape; and third degree assault (Police/Probation Officer).

Colton King, 23, of Cave City, was indicted with five counts of first degree wanton endangerment; and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Rufus E. Huff, 24, of Park City, was indicted with Theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto, $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000; two counts of first degree criminal mischief; three counts of first degree wanton endangerment; three counts of third degree criminal mischief; theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting, under $500; operating a motor vechile while under the influence of any other substance or combination of substances; and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance.

Corey J. Craig, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted with theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting, under $500; complicity to theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto, $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000; and third degree burglary.

Joey L. Price, 25, of Cave City, was indicted with two counts of first degree wanton endangerment; and second degree persistent felony offender.

Amy L. Price, 21, of Cave City, was indicted with two counts of first degree wanton endangerment.
