Metcalfe County Grand Jury Indictments

In a recent session of the Metcalfe County Grand Jury a number of indictments were returned. Remember an indictment is an accusation only and whether guilty or innocent, it can only be proven in a court of law.

 

27 year old, Lonnie Antonio Puckett of Smiths Grove, was indicted on theft by unlawful taking or disposition of $500 or more, but under $10,000, also persistent felony offender, 2nd degree for an incident that took place from March to April 2021.

 

31 year old, Christopher W. Collins of Center KY, was indicted on 2 counts for theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000 for an incident that took place from September to October 2020.

 

60 year old, Paul Curtis Whitlow of Summer Shade , was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property a class d felony, and unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd degree for an incident that took place March 2021.

 

32 year old, Bobby Curtis Whitlow of Summer Shade, was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property, and unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd degree for an incident that took place March 2021.

 

25 year old, Richard Ray Sprowles of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, 2nd offense and careless driving for an incident that took place February 2021.

 

32 year old, Whitney Rayna Wade, of Edmonton, was indicted for violating graves and public intoxication for an incident that took place August 2020.

 

38 year old, Brandy Lee Goad of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess for an incident that took place December 2020.

 

34 year old, Johnny Wade Slayton, of Edmonton, was indicted for wanton endangerment 1st degree, two counts, fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, 1st offense, failure to use a child restraint device in vehicle two counts, failure to wear a seatbelt and speeding 26 mph over the speed limit for an incident that took place May 2021.

 

64 year old, Debra A Kirby of Edmonton, was indicted for wanton endangerment, 1st degree, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance 1st offense, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, and no/expired registration plates for an incident that took place January 2021.

 

34 year old, Hasan E. Quaddura of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense.

 

32 year old, Russell Lee Patton of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess for an incident that took place March 2021.

 

42 year old, Robert Lee Kidwell of Horse Cave, was indicted for burglary 2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but under $10,000, receiving stolen property under $500, escape 2nd degree, and persistent felony offender, 2nd degree for an incident that took place May 2021.

 

38 year old, Eric Lee Abston, of Edmonton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces 1st offense, and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess for an incident that took place March 2021.

 

26 year old, Dillon Thomas Turner of Tompkinsville was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana for an incident that took place December 2020.

 

28 year old, James Dakota Fancher of Knob Lick was indicted for assault 3rd degree, fleeing or evading police 1st degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree, resisting arrest, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 3rd offense, receiving stolen property, $500 or more but less than $10,000, and persistent felony offender 1st degree for an incident that took place March 2021.

 

26 year old, Jonathan A. Shipley of Edmonton, was indicted for fleeing or evading police, 1st degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree, resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance 2nd offense, possession of marijuana, reckless driving and disregarding a stop sign for an incident that took place January 2021.

 

41 year old, Joseph Lee Furlong, of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

 

48 year old, Kenneth Todd Chapman of Knob Lick, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd of more offense, and possession of marijuana.

 

27 year old, Brittany Lasha Graves of Tompkinsville, was indicted for fleeing or evading police 1st degree, reckless driving, excessive windshield/window tinting, and failure to wear a seatbelt for an incident that took place November 2020.

 

25 year old, Dillian Joe Jones of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, drug paraphernalia – buy/posses, and possession of marijuana.

 

30 year old, Dustin Tyler Vibbert of Edmonton, was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.

 

25 year old, Jonathan Tyler Meadows, of Glasgow, was indicted for burglary 2nd degree and giving officer false identifying information.

 

38 year old, Sarah Dawn Barfield of Glasgow, was indicted for burglary 2nd degree and giving officer false identifying information.

 

41 year old, Darrell Stevie Wilson of Edmonton, was indicted for burglary 1st degree, robbery 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, criminal mischief 3rd degree, and menacing for an incident that took place May 2021.
