Lucas Allen “Luke” Wood, 22, of Scottsville, KY tragically passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Halton, a 2016 graduate of Allen County-Scottsville High School, where he was a member of the Patriot Basketball team, proudly wearing #5 jersey and loving every minute of his time playing. He was a devoted son, brother and uncle and friend to many. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends playing cornhole, basketball, playing cards and enjoying life.
He is survived by his parents: David and Kim Wood, Scottsville, KY; 2 sisters: Cori Wood, Scottsville, KY and Ashley Koch (Jon), Bowling Green, KY; His paternal grandmother: Joyce Wood, Smiths Grove, KY; 2 nieces: Gracie and Willow and one niece on the way; Several uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother: Carolyn Key Livingston; paternal grandfather: Philip Wood; maternal grandmother: Marcella Rhodes.
A private Celebration of Life service will be at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Dakota Armfield officiating. A drive-thru visitation will be 11:00 A.M. to 12:Noon Friday at Goad Funeral Home and we request that you remain in your vehicle. The funeral can be viewed live on Goad Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 1:00 P.M. Friday.
