GLASGOW, Ky. – A Barren County grand jury convened on Aug. 27 and returned a series of indictments. An indictment is an accusation only and is not a clause of innocence or guilt.

Cody A. Neal, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($10,000 or more but under $1,000,000); and two counts of third degree burglary.

Jonathan Kirk, 32, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($10,000 or more but under $1,000,000); and two counts of third degree burglary.

Meshele Williams, 51, of Knifley, was indicted on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Katrina London, 45, of Glasgow, was indicted on a charge of first degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense).

Alex Chase, 47, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges of first degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense); and first degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense).

Larry G. Driver, 54, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Cody Lee Holley, 26, of Glasgow, was indicted on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense).

James Brandon Keeton, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense); and tampering with physical evidence.

Joseph Wayne Morgan, 38, of Benton, was indicted on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); tampering with physical evidence; theft by unlawful taking or disposition (under $500); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; third degree criminal trespassing; first degree persistent felony offender.

Andrew S. Matthews, 38, of Glasgow, was indicted on charges on first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone, first offense); and vehicle headlamp/ tail light color violation.

Scott David Walden, 32, of Knob Lick, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); theft by unlawful taking or disposition (under $500); third degree possession of a controlled substance (Xanax); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

James Dalton Wyatt, 27, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.

Chasity U. Stewart, 45, of Cave City, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; failure to produce an insurance card; and failure to dim headlights.

Rachel F. Polston, 32, of Caneyville, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; and failure to produce an insurance card.

Joshua Michael Blair, 31, of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); third degree possession of a controlled substance (Gabapentin); third degree possession of a controlled substance (Modafinil); and public intoxication.

Brent Randel Dobbs, 41, of first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone, first offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; and public intoxication.

Shane Michael Moran, 36, of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license.

Bessie Ann Barnwell, 44, of Tompkinsville, was indicted with first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone, first offense); third degree possession of a controlled substance (Diazepam); theft by unlawful taking or disposition (under $500); prescription controlled substance not in proper container (first offense); third degree criminal mischief.

Crystal Lynell Porter Davis, 36, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Michael Clayton Lowe, 45, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone, second offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; no/ expired registration plates; and no/ expired Kentucky registration receipt.

Joseph Ray Slayton, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted with first possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Joy D. Watts, 57, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); theft by unlawful taking or disposition (under $500); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Wayne Deweese, 41, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense).

Lindsey Day Dodson, 38, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense); and possession of synthetic drugs (first offense).

Alicia R. Chavarriya, 23, of Park City, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Austin Hunter Causeway, 27, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and receiving stolen property (firearm).

Jerry Wayne Gass, 41, of Cave City, was indicted with one count of first degree promoting contraband; first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or more offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; third degree criminal trespass; and first degree persistent felony offender.

Charles J. Young, 58, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Michael Joe Patrick, 33, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Heather J. Gillock, 31, of Cave City, was indicted with one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (hydrocodone, 10 or more dosage units, first offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and public intoxication.

Elizabeth Ann Osborn, 38, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with one count first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Samuel Edward Wheeler, 41, was indicted on two indictments with first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense); and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Paul Michael Wilson, 41, of Glasgow, was indicted with trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces, second or more offense); and tampering physical evidence.

Courtney D. Flickner, 20, of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense).

Michael Bruton, 47, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with manufacturing methamphetamine (first offense); first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin, third or more offense); third degree possession of a controlled substance (Gabapentin, third or more offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and first degree persistent felony offender.

Rachael M. Fields, 36, of Glasgow, was indicted on two indictments with manufacturing methamphetamine (first offense); third degree possession of a controlled substance (Gabapentin, third or more offense); buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; and second degree persistent felony offender.
