Metcalfe County grand jury returns indictments

EDMONTON, Ky. – A Metcalfe County grand jury returned several indictments from a proceeding on July 21, 2020.

An indictment is an accusation only. Innocence or guilt can only be proven in a court of law.

Chase Aaron Ennis, 23, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm).

Willard Stevie Flickner, 49, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of first degree criminal mischief, fourth degree assault and second degree persistent felony offender.

Trever Dillon Burton, 23, of Edmonton, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and third degree criminal mischief.

Laura Ann Burton, 34, of Edmonton, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and third degree criminal mischief.

Jon-Erik Lynn, 32, of Summer Shade, was indicted on two indictments with one count of receiving stolen property, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, and first degree persistent felony offender.

Timothy Eugene Pittman Jr., 33, of Edmonton, was indicted on two indictments with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

James Edward Vibbert, 41, of Horse Cave, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

James Edward Vibbert, 41, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), first degree possession of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone, first offense), second degree trafficking in a controlled substance (Psilocybin), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and possession of marijuana.

Anthony Scott Marrs, 39, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense), first degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (first offense).

Kenneth Paul Taylor, 33, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of marijuana cultivation (five or more plants, first offense), trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces, first offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident/ failure to render aid or assistance, failure to report a traffic accident and third degree criminal mischief.

Timothy Paul Dupuy, 56, of Horse Cave, was indicted with one count of marijuana cultivation (five or more plants, first offense), trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces, first offense) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
