Anthony Stoy Lashley age 61 of Brownsville died Thursday, June 16, 2011 in Louisville. He was a retired foreman for Edmonson County Road Department and a Vietnam Army Veteran.  He was a member, clerk and deacon of Silent Grove Missionary Baptist Church. 

He is survived by his wife Mary B. Lashley; a daughter Beth L. McCombs and husband Wayne of Brownsville; a son Chad Anthony Lashley and wife Shanna of Brownsville; her mother Helen Moore and husband Mike of Louisville; three grandchildren Emma and Jenna Lashley and Bentley McCombs; three brothers Freddie Lashley and wife Mary Ann of Horse Cave, Johnny Lashley and Sidney Lashley and wife Glenda all of Brownsville; three sisters Rita Worthham, Vickie Ashley and Holly Raymer all of Brownsville.  

He was preceded in death by his parents Ewing Stoy Lashley and Lucy Helen Lindsey Moore.

Funeral services for Anthony Stoy Lashley will be held at 2pm Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the Patton Funeral Home, Brownsville Chapel with interment in the Silent Grove Church Cemetery with military honors.  Visitation after 10am Saturday.
