Forty-three-year-old Christopher T. Mills of Knob Lick was arrested by the Glasgow Police Department last night and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs second  offense,  possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle and reckless driving. Officer Burton had observed Mills driving recklessly on Humble Ave. Mills then made a right turn onto Bryant Street. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer noticed a strong smell of alcohol. There was an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Mills was given a field sobriety test and also showed a .110 result on the breathalyzer test. He was lodged in the Barren County Corrections Center.
