The Glasgow City Council met in special session this morning and passed second reading of two ordinances that deal with fireworks.  The first ordinance repeals the old Glasgow fireworks law and the second authorizes the sale of fireworks consistent with a new state law that was passed in this year’s legislature   Fire Chief Bobby Bunnell explains the type of fireworks that are now legal to be sold in Glasgow
