A Glasgow man was arrested in Bowling Green Monday after a one-vehicle accident on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense, operating on a suspended operator’s license and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

Thirty-three-year-old Christopher Rudolph had been traveling on Beech Bend Road, lost control of his vehicle and collided into a fence at the end of the roadway on Beech Bend Park Property. Rudolph was the only occupant on the scene and told deputies that he did not wreck the vehicle but had operated the vehicle before the deputies’ arrival.

Rudolph was transported to the Bowling Green Medical Center by EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. After his release from evaluation at the Medical Center, Rudolph was arrested and lodged in Warren County Regional Jail.
