GUILTY PLEAS IN BARREN AND METCALFE CIRCUIT COURTS PDF Print

BARREN CIRCUIT COURT:

Guilty pleas:

* MICHAEL DENNIS BLAIR, 35, of Horse Cave, pled guilty to the charges of POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE-1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and NO/EXPIRED REGISTRATION PLATES.  The Commonwealth recommended a three (3) year sentence and noted that he was eligible for drug court participation.

 

* JOHN C. SKINNER, 49, of Glasgow, pled guilty to the charges of WELFARE FRAUD OVER $100.  The Commonwealth recommended a one (1) year sentence and full payment of restitution.  Formal sentencing by the court is set for May 16, 2011.

 

* DONNA WALKER WINCHESTER, 43, of Glasgow, pled guilty to the charges of THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $500, BUT LESS THAN $10,000.  The Commonwealth recommended a three (3) year sentence and full payment of restitution.  Formal sentencing by the court is set for May 16, 2011.

 

 

METCALFE CIRCUIT COURT:

Guilty pleas:

JAMIE BROWN, 29, of Edmonton, pled guilty in Metcalfe Circuit Court to the charge of FACILITATION TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE.  The Commonwealth recommended a three (3) year sentence.  The Court went forward with sentencing at that time and sentenced the defendant to three (3) years’ incarceration.
