TWO HURT IN MONDAY WRECK NEAR EDMONTON PDF Print

On Monday, March 28th, at approximately 4:00 pm, Deputy Allen Huffman responded to a vehicle accident on Highway 68 about 2 miles east of Edmonton. Alexander Jessie, age 20 , of Edmonton, was operating a 1999 white Dodge pickup when he crossed the center line striking a 2009 Pontiac operated by Linda Denton, age 35, of Tompkinsville. Denton and a passenger in the vehicle were transported by the Barren Metcalfe Ambulance Service to T.J. Samson Community Hospital, where they were treated and released. Jessie was uninjured in the accident. Seatbelts and child restraints were in use. Sheriff Rondal Shirley and the Edmonton Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the accident.
