Friday night Glasgow Police Officers responded to 220 Walnut Street in reference to a possible break-in.  When officers arrived 26 year old Stephanie S. Strong of Casey Branch Road in Burkesville was outside and she told the officers that someone had entered the home through a window and she and her son had left through the side door.

She asked the officers could they see the man standing in front of the window.  No one was found inside the home and there was no evidence of a break-in. Strong was on the phone yelling and cursing.  Officers asked her to stop and she refused. Strong was unsteady on her feet and had glassy eyes and her pupils were dilated.  She said she had been taken Klonopin and other medications.   She was the only adult present and appeared unable to property take care of her son.

Strong was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, 2nd degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Public Intoxication of a Control Substance, excluding alcohol. Strong was lodged in the Barren County Correctional Center.
