A single vehicle wreck just around midnight, Sunday morning, March 13, on Roseville Road, called several emergency personnel to action and sent four Barren County teenagers to the hospital.

It appears the accident occurred when 18-year-old Chloe E. Caudel of Glasgow, was traveling northbound on Roseville Road, when she entered a curve and lost control of her 1997 Ford Taurus, at which time multiple over corrections occurred, in attempt to gain control before traveling off the roadway and overturning across an embankment ejecting all four subjects inside. The car then finally came to a rest on all four wheels on the roadway.

Caudel was air lifted from the scene to the University of Louisville Hospital. Her three passengers 18-year-old Shani M. Matthews, 18-year-old Wittlee A. Williams and 17-year-old Amanda F. Hagan all of Glasgow were transported from the scene by Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Medical Services to T.J. Samson Community Hospital.

The crash remains under investigation. Deputy Rodney Sponhouse investigated and was assisted by Deputies Aaron Bennett and Greg Kinslow. The Temple Hill Volunteer Fire Department also responded.
