Congress is trying this week to get past a budget impasse that could shut down the federal government March 4th if they do not come to some terms.  WCLU Local news asked 2nd district congressman Brett Guthrie his take on the next step:

Today they’ll talk about 4 billion dollars in cuts that would be a part of a two week agreement while tougher decisions are made.
