On Friday, Hart County Deputy Sheriff Kenneth Glass investigated a burglary on Bunnell Crossing Road, about three miles south of Munfordville.
It was found that 22-year-old Beau T. Botnik of Phoenix, AZ, was selling meat from a pickup truck with a freezer on the back. While in the house of a potential customer, Botnik apparently stole a gold necklace and a gold bracelet valued in excess of $500. Both pieces of jewelry were recovered by Deputy Glass at the time of the arrest.
Botnik was lodged in the Hart County Jail, in lieu of a $250,000 cash bond. KSP Trooper Joel Huff and Horse Cave Police Officer Sean Henry assisted in the arrest.
