29-year-old Darren Alan Weigleb, of Tompkinsville, has been arrested and charged with SPEEDING, FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD, FAILURE TO NOTIFY ADDRESS CHANGE TO D.O.T., FAILURE TO OR IMPROPER SIGNAL, FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE 1ST DEGREE, RECKLESS DRIVING, NO OPERATORS LICENSE and DUI IST OFFENSE/AGGRAVATED.    He was arrested on Friday, July 18 after KSP Sgt. Kevin Hunt observed Weigleb operating a motor vehicle, weaving in and out of traffic on KY 90.  When Sgt. Hunt initiated the traffic stop, Weigleb fled south on KY 61 and into Tennessee.  Sgt. Hunt terminated the pursuit but was quickly notified by Tennessee law enforcement that the vehicle pursued was found abandoned just inside the Tennessee state line.  Weigleb had begun walking and came back into KY where he was located and arrested by Sgt. Hunt.
