A recent session of the Barren County Grand Jury has resulted in the following indictments:

Due to testimony in regard to events in mid April of this year, 28 year old Dwayne Terry Smith of Glasgow was indicted on five counts:  POSSESSION OF A HANDGUN BY A CONVICTED FELON, POSSESSION OF SYNTHETIC CANNABINOID AGONISTIS OR PIPERAZINES, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, OPERATING AMOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE 1ST OFFENSE and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER 2ND DEGREE.  No bail amount was listed on the indictment.


Included on a single indictment were 19 year old Landon Adam Logan of Glasgow and 28 year old Jessie Paul Davis of Cave City.  Both were indicted on charges of MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE 1ST OFFENSE and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  Additionally Davis faces one count of PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER 1ST DEGREE.  No bail amount was listed for Logan, Davis’s bail was set at $9500 cash or $20,000 approved surety.


Indicted on counts of MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA were 47 year old Ronald H. Furlong of Glasgow and Tonya Glass Stafford.  Included on the same indictment, was 43 year old Gary Wayne George of Glasgow who was indicted on one count of COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE.  Bail amount for Furlong and Stafford was $9500 cash or $20,000 approved surety.  No bail amount was listed for George.


An indictment is an accusation only, and all individuals should be considered as innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
