Kentucky was given an ‘A’ rating by Thumbtack.com, in its annual Small Business Friendliness Survey.  Compared to last years grade, Kentucky’s ‘A’ made them the most improved state in the small business survey.

For the past three years, thumbtack.com has been surveying the business climate in each of the fifty states.  In partnership with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, has released Kentucky's results from the third annual Thumbtack.com Small Business Friendliness Survey.
