KSP RESPOND TO FATAL COLLISION JUST OUTSIDE OF LEBANON PDF Print

Kentucky State Police Trooper Bo Hensley is investigating a collision that occurred yesterday morning 3.2 miles west of Lebanon on KY 84.

62-year-old Ann Hope Mattingly, of Lebanon, was operating a 2003 Chevy Blazer, traveling east, when she lost control of her vehicle after dropping off the shoulder of the road.  Mattingly over-corrected, left the roadway and struck a tree.  She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marion County Coroner.

Trooper Hensley was assisted at the scene by Marion County EMS, Lebanon Fire Department, Marion County Rescue Squad and the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
