DRUGS, ALCOHOL, AND TRESPASSING LEAD TO GPD ARRESTS PDF Print

On Sunday evening, just before 7:30, the Glasgow Police Department responded East Washington Street in Glasgow to answer a complaint.  The resident told police that 51 year old Charlotte Alexander of Glasgow had been banned from the property in January of this year and had returned and stolen items from the property.  Alexander was arrested and has been charged with CRIMINAL TRESSPASSING 3RD DEGREE and ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE.

Later on Sunday evening, 31year old Daugh W. Sizemore of Eubank KY was arrested by the Glasgow Police Department.  Officers observed Sizemore driving without a seatbelt and initated a traffic stop.  Upon approaching the vehicle, Officers noticed Sizemore had slurred speech; Sizemore also did not pass the field sobriety test.  Officers also found a marijuana cigarette in the drivers floorboard of the vehicle.  He was arrested and has been charged with FAILURE TO WEAR SEATBELT, OPERATING A MOTOR VEHILCE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE AGGRAVATED CIRCUMSTANCES, DRIVING ON A DUI SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE , AGGRAVATED CIRCUMSTANCES and POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.

Both were taken and lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
