BOWLING GREEN WOMAN STOPPED FOR CARELESS DRIVING, SEARCHED VEHICLE AND FOUND MARIJUANA LATER SEARCHED HOME AND FOUND MORE DRUGS PDF Print

On Monday morning, a Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop for careless driving on Nellums Avenue/Fairview Avenue in Bowling Green.    Upon approach of the vehicle, driven by 57 year old Charmaine Wishborn of Bowling Green, the Deputy noticed a strong smell of marijuana.  A large amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun were located in the vehicle.

 

A consensual search was later executed at Wishborn’s residence on Cemetry Road in Bowling Green.  The search yielded additional marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Warren County Deputies were assisted by the Bowling Green/Warren County Drug Task Force.  Additional charges are pending.
Wishborn has been charged with TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA, 1ST OFFENSE, POSSESSION FO DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and CARELESS DRIVING.
