WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT RESPOND TO MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT AND INVESTIGATE AN ATTACK PDF Print

On Tuesday, Warren County Deputies responded to a single vehicle collision in the 2500 block of Hammett Hill Road.  Catherine Murphy had lost control of her vehicle, crossed the roadway and collided with a hillside.  Murphy was treated by EMS at the scene and transported to the Medical Center for her injuries.  AT the ER, Murphy was cited for OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, 1ST OFFENSE.  Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the collision.

 

On Wednesday afternoon, Warren County Deputies responded to an assault that occurred in the 500 block of Plano Richpond Road.  The victim stated that while running in the area, he was jumped by three white males on the side of the road and injured by a knife.  The victim also advised that four subjects left the area in a blue Nissan passenger car last seen traveling outbound on Plano Richpond Road.  One suspect was believed to be approximately 5’9” tall and may have suffered a cut to his right arm during the altercation.
