ALCOHOL BELIEVED TO BE FACTOR IN SINGLE VEHICLE COLLISION PDF Print

On Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 at 2216 Hrs., the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle collision in the 2500 block of Hammett Hill Road. Catherine Murphy was the single occupant.

The investigation yielded that Murphy had lost control of her vehicle,crossed the roadway, and collided into the hillside. Murphy was treated by EMS and transported to the Medical Center for her injuries.

At the ER, Murphy was cited for Operating A Motor Vehicle Under the Influence Of Alcohol/Drugs, First Offense. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the collision.
