Denice Ann Mires, 56 of Bowling Green died Friday, March 7, 2014 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Ralph F. Plumlee, Sr. and Dorothy Hudson Plumlee Halsey. She was a former dispatcher for Bowling Green City Police, Bookkeeper for Warren East High School,a beautician, and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Seth Bailey (Brandi Warden); longtime companion, John Reeder, Sr; three brothers, Ron Plumlee (Sharon), Dwight Ogles, Ralph Plumlee, Jr (Candi); five sisters, Beverly Sylvester, Vicki Horn, Sandi Jones, Kim Lawrence (Marcus), Anita East (Randy); several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Monday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation 2:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, 3098 Louisville Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42101 for funeral expense.

 

Today is Gayle Berry Day!!!  Gayle is retiring July 31 from the South Central Kentucky Cultural Center.  A reception is being held today from 1-3.
