According to Julie Anne Williams, Public Affairs Officer with the Glasgow Police Department:

 

Early Sunday morning, Officers responded to B&R Tire in Glasgow after receiving a complaint of a noise coming from the business.  When Officers arrived they heard noises coming from outside the building and found 45 year old Jeronald Page lying under a B&R truck.  Officers instructed Page to exit from underneath the truck and found Page was holding a prybar.  The Coke machine, in front of B&R Tire was damaged with pry marks and window to the business was broken.  Page was arrested and has been charged with BURGLARY 3RD DEGREE, POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS, two counts of CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 1ST DEGREE and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE.  Page was taken to the Barren County Detention Center.

 

Sunday night Officers responded to the area of Columbia and Frazier Ave for a report of a wreckless driver.  Upon arrival, Officers spotted the vehicle make a left turn without signaling.  A traffic stop was conducted on 19 year old Christian M. Martin of Temple Hill Road in Glasgow.  Officers smelled suspected marijuana coming form Martin’s vehicle, and subsequently Martin failed all field sobriety tests.  Officers transported him to TJ Samson Hospital for further testing.  Martin ran from Officers at TJ Samson Hospital, but was unable to escape.  He has been charged with FAILURE TO/IMPROPER SIGNAL, OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS and FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE 2ND DEGREE.

 

 

Sunday night just after 11:00pm, Officers received a complaint of a vehicle driving through a yard in Glasgow.  Upon arrival in the area, Officers located the vehicle which was driven by 19 year old Dominic Dangelo Nayar Jones of South Green Street in Glasgow.  Officers noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from Jones’ vehicle and found a small bag of suspected marijuana, along with a yellow round pill identified as acetaminophen and oxycodone.  Jones was arrested and has been charged with POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE and POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.  He was taken to the Barren County Detention Center.
