The numbers have been evaluated for November 2013 and unemployment rates rose in 96 Kentucky counties between November 2012 and 2013, while 16 county rates decreased and eight stayed the same, according to the Kentucky Office of Employment and Training.

Kentucky Chamber of Commerce President David Adkinson, says noted Kentucky economist Dr. Paul Coomes, who is the Senior Economic Advisor for the KY Chamber of Commerce found the number of jobs in KY, as a whole, is below the pre-recession 2007 levels.  Here is Adkinson:
