JUDGE GREER PRESIDES OVER LAST NIGHT'S FISCAL COURT MEETING PDF Print

Barren County Judge-Executive, Davie Greer, addressed those in attendance at the Barren County Fiscal Court meeting last night with an update on her health.  She was happy to be back after missing lat month’s meeting.

Greer also announced that the County Government Center will be closed on December 24th, 25th, and 31st.

 

The Fiscal Court meeting conducted regular business as usual.  The Court adopted a resolution to codify it’s more than 500 ordinances with American Legal Publishing, Incorporated.  County Attorney, Jeff Sharp said it will provide a much-needed organization and will be a service to the citizens.

 

Also, the court voted to close a portion of Squire Edwards Road…some .95 miles in length.  Magistrate Tommy Matthews said the citizens “wanted it left alone.
