On Monday, just after noon, the Glasgow Police Department noticed 32 year old Jeffery A. Poston of Jamestown, KY standing at the intersection of South L. Rogers Wells Blvd and Grandview holding a sign asking for money.  Officers witnessed the subject dropping money and food in a vehicle and then heading back to the intersection.  Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and Polston approached the vehicle and stated the police were ‘harassing him’.  Polston was initially uncooperative but finally obeyed Officers commands.  Polston was arrested and has been charged with DISORDERLY CONDUCT 2ND DEGREE.

Monday evening just before 9:30pm, GPD Officers responded to a complaint of a reckless driver.  Officers made contact with the driver, 32 year old Andrea Renee Pitcock of Moore School Road in Glasgow,  and consent was given for Officers to search her vehicle.  Officers found merchandise from Walmart in Pitcock’s purse and Pitcock admitted to stealing the items.  Pitcock was arrested and has been charged with THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING and CRIMINAL TRESPASSING 3RD DEGREE.
