GPD OFFICERS MADE TWO ARRESTS PDF Print

On Tuesday afternoon Glasgow Police Officers responded to TJ Samson Community Hospital to answer a complaint of an infant testing positive for meth.  When Officers arrived they made contact with the adults who had brought the infant, a female 26 year old Jamie Scarborough of Greensburg Road in Edmonton and a male 22 year old Diamond Scruggs-Hughes also of Greensburg Road in Edmonton.  Both Scarborough and Scruggs-Hughes tested positive for methamphetamine and gave officers consent to search their vehicle.  Officers found two baggies of suspected meth and single Subtex pill.  Both subjects had arrived to TJ Samson in the vehicle and neither claimed ownership of the illegal substances.  Both were arrested and have been charged with POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE and POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 2ND DEGREE.
