According to Julie Anne Williams, Public Affairs Officer with the Glasgow Police Department:

On Tuesday night, just before 9:00, Glasgow Police Officers responded to the intersection of North Front Street and Broadway in Glasgow, in reference to a complaint of a female passed out in a silver car. Upon arrival, Officers located the female, who was asleep in her vehicle, and observed a small clear baggie of suspected cocaine laying beside her gear shift. Officers made contact with the driver, 29 year old Kakeeya Jaree Tooley of Quail Ridge Circle in Glasgow, and as Tooley exited the vehicle officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol. Tooley was arrested and charged with OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS 1ST DEGREE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE and PROMOTING CONTRABAND 1st DEGREE. Tooley was lodged in the Barren County Correctional Center.

Wednesday morning, Glasgow Police Officers executed a search warrant on Estes Road in Cave City. 25 year old Elizabeth H. Dennis lives at this residence with her boyfriend and 20 month old child. During the search, officers discovered suspected crack cocaine, marijuana, and plastic baggies. Dennis was arrested and has been charged with POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BUY/POSSESS, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA and ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR. Dennis was lodged in the Barren County Correctional Center.
