Thelma Lewis Merideth, 60 of Bowling Green died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013 at her residence. The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Roy and Ethel House Lewis and preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Janice House, Marilyn Stinson, Peggy Wentworth. She was a truck driver and a member of Glendale Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jesse Merideth; children, Tammy Hrapeck (Mike), Paul Hope, Jr., Dana Marie Hope, James E. Hope; a stepdaughter, Lula Johnson; two grandchildren, Jacoty Hope and Journey Alford; three sisters, Elizabeth Graham, Patty Ann Goodman, Debbie Lou Raisor; four brothers, Roy Thomas Lewis, John D. Lewis, James R. Lewis, Ricky House.

Memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with visitation from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. cremation was chosen.In lieu of flowers family request expressions of sympanthy be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, 3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101
