BARREN GRAND JURY HANDS DOWN A NUMBER OF INDICTMENTS IN A RECENT SESSION PDF Print

A recent session of the Barren County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

 

22 year old Antonio Lee Nuckols of Cheatham Street in Glasgow, was indicted on six separate counts:  Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Trafficking in Marijuana-Less Than 8 Ounces, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License.  Assante J. Massey, age 25 of Belfast Way in Glasgow, was indicted on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Trafficking in Marijuana.  Both Nuckols and Massey’s charges stem from an incident that occurred in mid May of this year.

 

36 year old Wayne Thomas Kersey of Hardyville Road in Munfordville was indicted on Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree.  Louie Frank Corey, age 54 of Hardyville Road in Munfordville was indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property and Public Intoxication.  Both Kersey and Corey were indicted due to an event in early May.

 

Resulting from alleged actions in late April, the following individuals were indicted:  19 year old Landon C. Thomas of Tanglewood Drive in Glasgow was charged with Criminal Facilitation to Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Two separate counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  37 year old Casey Ray Thomas of Garmon Avenue in Glasgow was indicted on counts of Criminal Facilitation to Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  37 year old Darrell Wayne Turner of Garmon Avenue in Glasgow was charged with Criminal Facilitation to Manufacturing methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

20 year old Taylor A. Martin of Wilkinson lane in White House, TN was charged with Rape 1st Degree and Tampering With Physical Evidence.

 

Delois Gene hayes, age 44 of South Oak Forest Road in Adolphus, KY, was indicted on counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking and Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree.

 

Events in mid March of this year resulted in the indictment of 27 year old Jessica Lynn Cawthorn of Subtle Road in Edmonton, on Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

56 year old Anthony Ray Cole of Bennett Drive in Horse Cave was indicted with Forgery 2nd Degree.

 

23 year old Deion E. Waggoner of Lynns Drive in Horse Cave was indicted on two counts:  Assault 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree resulting from an alleged altercation in early April.

 

 

An indictment is an accusation only and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
