The Logansport Indiana Native Was A Retired Employee Of The Allen County Water Diestrict, A 15 Year U.S. Army Veteran Having Served In Viet Nam And A Member Of Am Vets Post 110 In Franklin Ky And The Kentucky Patriot Guard. He Is Survived By One Son, Rodney Owens And Wife Nancy Of Scottsville; Three Daughters, Rhonda Scott And Husband Terry Of Louisville, Lisa Smith Of Tompkinsville, Janette Temple And Husband Roy Of Adolphus; The Children’s Mother, Audra Richards Of Scottsville; Two Sisters, Mary West And Husband Jack Of Sikeston Mo And Doris Berry Of Fort Myers Florida. 12 Grandchildren And 12 Great Grandchildren Also Survive. Funeral Services For Joseph Rodney “Joe” Owens Sr Will Be Held At 2pm Tomorrow (Sunday) At Goad Funeral Home With Burial In The Allen County Memorial Gardens With Military Honors By Glasgow Dav Chapter 20.
