What does it take to be a firefighter?  It takes a whole lot more than you may think.  It began about one year ago with about 60 applicants, and now it’s down to the first two new hires.  Over the next several weeks we will follow Katan Parker and Justin Wells, two of Glasgow Fire Department’s newest firefighters as they go through recruit training ensuring ALL residents of Glasgow are protected.
