BOWLING GREEN MAN DIES IN WRECK THIS MORNING PDF Print

At 6:31 this morning (Wednesday), Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle collision in the 6100 Block of Nashville Road.  The complainant advised that the single vehicle was off the roadway and the driver appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel.  Upon arrival, deputies were assisted by Woodburn Fire Department and Medical Center EMS.   39 year old Patrick M. Burns of Bowling Green was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner’ s Office, due to injuries he sustained in the collision.  Through investigation, it was determined that Burns vehicle was traveling northbound on 31-W South, left the roadway, and struck a tree.  Patrick Burns was wearing  a seatbelt and alcohol nor drugs are believed to be a factor in the collision at this time.  The investigation continues.
