On Wednesday, September 4,  at 1:10 P.M, Trooper Graham Rutherford arrested Micah D. Fishburn, age 22, of Adolphus, Ky in connection with a burglary of a residence on Fleet Road in Allen County that was reported on August 30th, 2013. Through investigation, it was determined that Fishburn was responsible for the break in of the residence, and theft of eight guns, 3,100 rounds of ammunition, and   other miscellaneous items. Two of the eight guns were recovered and returned to the rightful owner.

Fishburn has been charged with  two counts of Burglary 1st Degree, two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence, and one count of Possession of Burglary Tools.

Fishburn was lodged in the Allen County jail with a $25,000 bond.

Trooper Rutherford is leading the investigation and was assisted by Trooper Adam Morgan, and  the Allen County Sheriffs Department. The other six guns are still missing and believed to still be in the southern Allen County/Aldophus and Northern TN area. Any information on the stolen weapons can be reported to the Kentucky State Police or local law enforcement anonymously.
